Due to the nature of digital and personalized services, the following policy applies.
1:1 Sessions (Manifestation, Reiki, Tarot)
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled once, subject to availability
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable
- No-shows are non-refundable
Reiki Healing Programs (Multi-Day)
- Once a Reiki program has started, no refunds will be issued
- If the program has not started, refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase
Recorded Sessions / Courses
- Access to recorded content is granted immediately after payment
- No refunds are available once access is provided
Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
